As of now, it seems like we may have to pay more money for our water and sewage in Flint.  A outside firm conducted the study the cost of operating our current water system in the future.  Get ready to see what they had to say.

Last night, the firm released the results of the study to some city council members.  ABC12 is reporting that the findings suggest the increase in water rates for residents to pay for necessary upgrades to the current pipelines.

The Public Works Director Howard Croft says the current water system needs to be upgraded to prevent problems like sinkholes.  Next Thursday the results of the study will be released to the public during the Flint City Hall meeting.
