New ‘Super Mario Bros. 2′ Coming From Nintendo [Video]

Nintendo will launch a sequel to its hit handheld title New Super Mario Bros. for the 3DS handheld in August.

New Super Mario Bros. 2 will feature traditional Mario action as players move left to right knocking out blocks and scooping up mushrooms while going through a variety of platforms.

The New Super Mario Bros. series has been a huge success for Nintendo on both the DS and Wii home console.
