Joe Biden Warns Flint Could See More Murders [Video]

Vice President Joe Biden was in Flint yesterday to help push President Obama's job plan and had a serious warning for Flint.

Biden said in 2008 when there were more cops murders and rapes were down in Flint, but then in 2010 when there were less cops murders and rapes were up.

The jobs plan includes $5 Billion for police and first responders, but does not have everyone convinced.
