And they only have to buy anniversary gifts every four years, right?
29 couples made the trek to Hell, Michigan on Saturday to be part of a mass wedding on leap day.
The ceremony -- which took place at 2:29 pm on February 29th was conducted by Reverend Vonn, the official minister of Hell.
"If you're going to run, run now," she said.
Each of the couples received a marriage license that reads "Married in Hell".
"I said it would be a cold day in Hell before I got married," groom Ken Verardi told Mlive. "And here it is, a cold day in Hell and I'm married."
