3 Year Old Thrown From Moving Fairground Ride [Video]

A 3-year-old girl was thrown off a carnival ride at a rodeo in Houston and it was caught on video. The girl was on the Techno Jump carnival ride when she slipped under at least one safety restraint and fell six to eight feet to a metal platform below.

She suffered a concussion and bruising to her face but is expected to be okay. The incident is under investigation.
