Bay City Man Sentenced to 3 Days in Jail Over Juror Questionaire

Okay, today must be find idiots in Michigan day because a Bay City man was sentenced to 3 days in jail over a juror questionnaire.  Why do people think playing with the court system is the way to go?

Erick Haubenstricker, 36 years old, wrote insults and profanity on his juror questionnaire which caught the eye of Bay County Circuit Judge Joseph Sheeran.  Judge Sheeran sentenced Erick to three days in court after he plead guilty to contempt of court.

Erick wrote and returned his juror questionnaire with "pigs" and other profanities which served as his rant.  The Bay City idiot did apology for his written rant.  Haubenstricker would not have been able to serve as a juror because of a felony conviction on his record.
