In spring of 2017, sportswear brand Puma appointed Detroit rapper Big Sean as the company’s newest brand ambassador. Since then, Sean Don has appeared in a slew of campaign ads for the brand’s latest silhouettes and over the weekend, their partnership hit new levels when the “Moves” rapper unveiled his very first collaborative sneaker with Puma.

Previewed at this year's ComplexCon in Long Beach, Calif., Sean's forthcoming silhouette will be part of Puma's 50th anniversary celebration of the classic Suede sneaker. Set to release in the spring of 2018, Big Sean's sneaker will feature a khaki suede upper with a knitted sock-like finish in a mid-cut form. The sneaker will also include Big Sean's signature on the side panel and Detroit branding on the tongue and heel of the kicks.

Along with Sean's Suede 50 kicks, the Puma brand will also release collaborative iterations with the likes of MCM, Karl Lagerfield, Jeff Staple and others, to help celebrate 50 years of the Suede shoe in a major way.

Look for Puma to start announcing release dates for Big Sean's sneakers at the top of next year. In the meantime, get a first glimpse of the kicks in the photo below.
