Chris Brown Fails Drug Test After Using Marijuana

Chris Brown has failed a drug test after using marijuana in his probation case.  Chris Brown has been on probation for several years due to his incident of felony battery against Rihanna.  It seems as if Chris Brown has kept his record clean until now.

Recently Chris community service times has been in question by the judge residing over the case. Now Chris has failed a drug test after using marijuana in California, which he has a medical marijuana license to do so.  Brown was tested in Virginia and failed his test.

The judge gave Chris Brown a break because he wasn't under mandatory drug testing.  Whew!
