Chris Rock was at the 2012 'Sundance Film Festival' when author Jason Mattera tried to ask him a few 'Teaparty' questions.

Chris made it very clear that he did not want to talk about the comments that he made last year, and ended up getting violent with the camera man.

Last year in an Esquire interview, Chris Rock said, "When I see the Tea Party and all this stuff, it actually feels like racism's almost over. Because this is the last -- this is the act up before the sleep. They're going crazy. They're insane."

Mattera, who is basically doing this to try and promote his book 'Hollywood Hypocrites: The Devastating Truth About Obama's Biggest Backers', decided to ask Chris about it.

Mattera tricks Rock into posing for a picture with him, then proceeds to start asking about his comments.  Chris tries to walk away, then takes action and grabs the camera.

Was Chris Rock wrong for his actions?  Probably, but no more wrong than Mattera for shamelessly lying to try and promote his book.
