Government regulators have fined the cable giant Comcast for $2.3 Million after allegations serviced that the company was charging its customers for items and services they never received or ordered.

In a statement on Tuesday, Comcast said it will continue to work on improving their customer service. Comcast has had a long history with terrible customer service, and after a two-year investigation Comcast will have to pay up for their errors.
