Delaware Dad Arrested for Stuffing Son’s Diaper With Heroin

Be careful who you make babies with, they may be a heroin dealer.  A Delaware dad was recently arrested for stuffing his son's diaper with heroin.  I am speechless.  

The idiot of the day was inside a Verizon store when he was suspected of stealing. Police approached the druggy dad while he was holding his infant son and standing with his five year old daughter.  When police asked Michael Penn to put his kids down, they saw him stuff something in his son's diaper.

Cops searched the diaper and found 16 bags of heroin.  Penn has been charged for endangering the welfare of a child and heroin possession.  The worst dad of the week goes to 25 year old Michael Penn.
