Detroit attorney Walter H. Bentley III isn't giving away flowers or candy on Valentines Day, but for someone wanting out of a relationship, his gift might be the best one of all.

Bentley is giving away a free divorce to one lucky (but unhappy) person.

Bentley thinks he's providing a much-needed service:
