During a time in our countries toughest moments since the Great Depression, we all need some motivation and inspiration.  One of greatest motivators, Eric Thomas, also known as ET The Hip Hop Preacher, delivers another mixtape, 'Heart of Detroit.'  If you haven't downloaded it yet, do so now.

I had the honor to be apart of ET's first mixtape, Secrets 2 Success Vol. 1 and it was an amazing experience.  When I hit the gym now, I turn on the mixtape to get me pumped to push through the pain of blurpees.  I am sure you will enjoy the 'Heart of Detroit' mixtape.
