Draymond Green Presented His Defensive Player of the Year Trophy By Childhood Hero

Draymond Green spent his childhood looking up to Ben Wallace, and got the surprise of a lifetime when Big Ben presented him with a huge award.

Draymond grew up in Saginaw watching Big Ben dominate the defensive end of the court for the Pistons. Green has even admitted that he modeled a lot of his game after Ben.

So before the Warriors could tip off the 2017 pre-season, it was time to hand out some hardware. And who better to present the Defensive Player of the Year trophy than the man who has won it four times.

Draymond was obviously thrilled to see Ben at center court and graciously accepted the trophy.
