Flushing Student Finally Gets Sentenced for Threatening to Bring a Gun to School
Last month a Flushing High School student threaten to bring a gun to school on the After School app. A judge has handed down a lenient sentence that does not destroy the student's future.
Neil Bindschatel, 18 years old, has been sentenced to surrender his cell phone, pay $125 fine, and perform 100 hours of community service.
If Bindschatel keeps his end of the bargain, his record will be removed from his record.
