GoodBoy Clothing Celebrates Their Flint Grand Opening
The first thing everyone should know about GoodBoy Clothing is that it is Flint made.
GoodBoy founder, Oaklin Mixon takes a lot of pride in the fact that the idea was born in Flint, and is growing in Flint. The grand opening celebration happens today (11/17) with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9am. The party continues at 6pm tonight at the brand new store in downtown Flint.
During the grand opening, GoodBoy will be introducing 9 new product lines, including a womens only line called 'FLRSH'. Both Mark and Oaklin wanted to stress that just because "boy" is in the name, that doesn't mean they don't have clothing lines for women. Check out the gallery below to see Mark showing off one of the long sleeve tees from the new FLRSH line, along with some of the other fashions available.
I could write for hours about the spirit and passion behind GoodBoy Clothing, but I would rather you find that out for yourself. I think that's important because it's what drives these guys to do what they do.
Just remember that GoodBoy Clothing was born, made, and lives in Flint. Not the Flint that you read about with negative headlines or people who want to spread hate . . . I'm talking about the Flint that we know and love.
Just for some more proof of how much fun Mark and Oaklin are having through this whole process, check out the impromptu freestyle that started before the interview.
