While everyone is arguing about Nike and Colin Kaepernick, we're cheering on Alicia Woollcott.

Woollcott is featured in the new 'Just Do It' ad as the Homecoming Queen, and making a tackle on the football field. She is known around here for breaking down barriers at Grand Blanc when she played for the high school football team.

Her football career is still going strong in Grand Blanc right now as she is an assistant coach for the team.

The commercial is part of the controversial move that Nike made in making Colin Kaepernick the face of their 30th anniversary 'Just Do It' campaign. The ad lead to some idiots burning their Nike gear, and protesting Nike as a whole but the message is not lost.

Nike has always done a great job with their advertising in touching the intangible things that make us love sports. The 'Dream Crazy' commercial is no different.
