A Grand Blanc Township man is accused of recording coworkers as they used the bathroom at a local restaurant.

Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton tells WJRT that the 20-year old's electronic devices have been seized and the contents are being downloaded. The man is suspected of recording coworkers as they used the bathroom at the Tim Hortons store on Silver Lake Rd. in Fenton between 2016 and 2018.

Four victims have been identified, two of whom are minors.

"They did not know until they were asked by the police for an interview, shown the graphics, shown the recordings and identified themselves and helped police identify some of the other victims," he explained.

The man is expected to be charged with 16 felony counts later this week.

Leyton says the man is also suspected of setting up recording equipment in private residences. His office is working to identify those victims.
