Guinness Book of World Records is known for many interesting records. Longest nails, hair, most piercings. But I would say the most commonly known or talked about would be 'World's tallest and shortest' human beings. Well they have officially crowned the 'World's Shortest Man'. See how small he is.

Junrey Balawing was declared the world's shortest man on Sunday on his 18th birthday. The Filipino young man was declared only 23.5 inches tall which is almost 3" shorter than the previous holder. He looks like a baby. This is one of those sad but good things. The sad thing is that well... he's only 23.5 inches tall. But hopefully with the attention and fame he's going to receive he'll make some nice money to help with any future medical bills and his family. What would you be in the Guinness Book for?
