Halo Burger CEO says says population change is to blame for the recent shut down of two restaurants in Genesee County.

Two Halo Burger locations are no more says the company's CEO and part owner Chance Ritchie.

The iconic Michigan burger franchise has closed the Halo Burger on Richfield Road in Flint and has also decided to shut down the Halo Burger in Mount Morris.

Low traffic to the Halo Burger locations were the main reason for closing the restaurants, but Ritchie also states that both the Richfield Road location and the Fenton location (which was closed in September) needed improvements that the company did not want to invest in fixing.
