IHOP Celebrates National Pancake Day With Free Pancakes
IHOP is celebrating National Pancake Day with more than just free pancakes today.
This is the 13th IHOP National Pancake Day, and as usual they are offering up a free shortstack of pancakes to customers today. That means you can expect a huge crowd on Miller Rd as people stop in to IHOP to celebrate.
Free pancakes are always a good thing, but the truly good thing is how IHOP has turned this event into a great fundraiser. The company is asking for donations all day today that will go toward helping sick children everywhere.
IHOP has teamed up with The Children's Miracle Network, Shriner's Hospitals For Children, and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Everyone loves the free pancakes of course, but the real joy is how many children will be helped by the money raised. IHOP explains the mission of National Pancake Day on their website.
Every stack served helps us reach our goal of raising $5 million for local children’s hospitals and health organizations. Since 2006, IHOP, our franchisees and our guests have raised close to $30 million for our community partners.
So enjoy some free pancakes today from IHOP, but don't forget to donate whatever you can to help make sure others will be able to enjoy time with their children.
