Clarkston Man Accused of Masturbating in the Open at Twelve Oaks Mall

Well, this is awkward.

A Clarkston man was arrested after police say witnesses spotted him allegedly masturbating right out in the open in a common area of the mall. Yup, right there for everyone to see.

According to WDIV, the incident happened at around 8 p.m. Saturday, August 8.

Witnesses told police they saw 25-year-old Dylan Scotten allegedly masturbating right out in the open in a common area of Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi.

Mall security eventually confronted Scotten, but he took off running.

He didn’t get very far.

Officers arrived at the mall and arrested him in the parking lot.

Clarkston Man Facing Felony Indecent Exposure Charges

Scotten is now facing felony charges of aggravated indecent exposure and indecent exposure by a sexually delinquent person.

He was later arraigned in court and given a $250,000 bond.

There really isn’t much more to say about this one.

You go to the mall expecting to do a little shopping, grab some food, maybe kill a couple of hours. Seeing someone having a field day with themselves right out in the open is probably about the last thing you expect to run into.
