What is Going on With the Old Mancino’s Pizza Building in Burton?
For years, the old Mancino's Pizza building on Center Road has been nothing more than an eyesore for Burton residents. It's been empty so long that it's hard to remember a time when it was actually open.
The former Mancino's Pizza/Saloup's building sits right in front of Meijer but for the past decade-plus, it's been closed. Honestly, we couldn't find any information on when it opened, closed, or even why it closed.
With the number of cars that roll in and out of Meijer on Center Road in Burton on a daily basis, it amazes me that no one has purchased the building. It seems like a great location with lots of opportunities. However, that's not my field of expertise.
The building used to be one of the nicer-looking businesses on Center Road but not anymore. Now, it's starting to look more like something out of an apocalyptic movie.
According to CPIX, the building is on the market for $599,000 and even comes with all the restaurant equipment that is still sitting inside.
