Michigan College Now Offering First Ever Brew Degree

Michigan is well known as a great state to try new craft beer, and now thanks to Ferris State University students can now earn an associates degree in the brewing industry.

Michigan is known for being the state to find tons of new brew, and it seems every year there are more and more breweries opening up in the mitten state. Now thanks to a new program at Ferris State University, students can learn all about the brewing industry and earn an associates degree in the career field.

FSU students can now learn about safety and sanitation, bar management, special techniques of brewing, entrepreneurship, and more.

The program is a two-year associates program is the only brewing degree in the United States.
