You might as well grab a box of Kleenex, because it's impossible not tear up watching this video.  Watch the story of Rick van Beek and his daughter Maddy, who finished a triathlon together, despite Maddy's cerebral palsy.

Most parents would do anything for their child, but Rick van Beek takes that saying to another level.  The Michigan man recently completed a triathlon, consisting of a .3 mile swim, a 12.4 mile bike ride and a 3.1 mile run, all while carrying his 13-year-old daughter, Maddy.  Maddy was born with cerebral palsy and has the capabilities of a three month old.  She loves being outside and Rick used the time he spent training and exercising as an opportunity to bond with his daughter.  He was quoted, "She is my heart and I am her legs".
