Mother Teaches 2-Year-Old How To Smoke A Cigarette [Video]

Police are investigating a video that has gone viral of a mother giving her child a cigarette and teaching him how to smoke.

I think now more than ever that certain people just shouldn't be parents. Now I know, everyone has a right to have a child, but its videos like this that make me realize that not every father or mother is a "parent" but more of a person who has a child and is a child themselves.

In this video you can see the mother hand her child a cigarette, light the cigarette, and laugh when the child reacts to getting either smoke in its lungs or from what I see the lighter fire hitting him in the face.

This just disgusts me. I can't believe how some parents think this is okay considering this isn't the first video that has shown a child smoking.
