New Topgolf In Auburn Hills Hiring Hundreds In October

Topgolf is close to opening the new Auburn Hills location, and that means they're looking for hundreds of new employees.

I've been counting the minutes until the Topgolf is open in Auburn Hills ever since the announcement came down. I'm not a good golfer, but I'm pretty good at having a drink while golfing, so I feel like Topgolf is going to be good for me.

Getting hired at Topgolf might be your dream job, but there is a little bit of mystery around the hiring process. Here's what I do know for sure about their opening.

A Topgolf hiring event called "Mission Ambition" is going to happen on Monday, October 8th. You can get on a waiting list to be a part of the event on the Topgolf career page here. Everything else I know about the Topgolf hiring process comes from a newsletter they released recently.

They describe the hiring process as being "cloaked in mystery, but full of intrigue". I have no idea what that means, but I'm tempted to apply just to find out. I do know that they are hiring all kinds of positions for their 51st U.S. location in Auburn Hills. Below are a few, but not all, of the available openings.

If you're wondering what to expect at the hiring event, the press release does give a clue.

Applicants are inspired to leave their dress-up clothes and pre-rehearsed answers at the door and start thinking mission-minded. Their time interviewing will consist of gathering intel and navigating through group activities, interactive panel interviews, one-on-one convos with Topgolf's venue leadership teams, games and more.

I know that doesn't give a bunch of info, but at least you know that you shouldn't wear a tie right?
