Police Shoot A Deranged Man In Walmart Holding A 2 Year Old Girl At Knifepoint [Video]

The incredible video shows a police officer saving a 2 year old girls life after a deranged man took her hostage with a knife inside an Oklahoma Walmart.

The surveillance cameras inside show a man calmly walking up to a woman's cart and picking up her daughter.  He walked away slowly, pulled a knife from his pocket and held it to the childs stomach.

He demanded that the mother call the police as she pleaded with him to let her daughter go.  Police say that at points he seemed mentally ill claiming that he was the richest man in the world, while making unusual requests.

When he finally placed the knife at the little girls neck, an officer made his move and shot the man at point blank range.

This is every parents worst nightmare, and the fact that it happened in broad daylight in the middle of a public place, makes it even harder to understand.
