R. Kelly brought his '12 Nights of Christmas' show to The Fox in Detroit, and one fan decided to grab a present for her wishlist.

R. Kelly gave the woman a towel so she could rub him down, and she didnt stop at his face.

When Kelly stood up, she decided to take care of his mistletoe as well.  Kelly laughed the whole thing off, and actually appeared to enjoy the front row rub.
