Governor Rick Snyder, Darnell Earley and the head of the EPA are all heading to Washington to testify about the Flint Water Crisis.

This will be the first time that Snyder and Earley take the stand in front of Congress to talk about the Flint Water Crisis.

Darnell Earley was the Emergency Manager of Flint at the time of the switch to the Flint River.  He had previously said that he would not appear in court, but was later ordered to by a judge.

Snyder has been releasing emails about the Flint Water Crisis, and one that just came out today is being heavily scrutinized.  The note from a top Snyder aid says that switching to Flint River water could cause some long term problems down the road.  Snyder has said that the memo was not referencing the lead issue that the city is dealing with today.

It will definitely be interesting to see what Snyder and Earley have to say while on the stand next week.
