‘Riddle of the Trilobites’ Takes Stage At The Flint Repertory Theatre
Riddle of the Trilobites is making its world premiere in Flint this weekend at the Flint Repertory Theatre.
This is the epic, underwater, puppet musical that you never knew you needed in your life. Seriously, the show has something for everyone. The story takes place 500 Million years ago deep in the ocean. The themes cover everything from family loss to mass extinction.
As you can see in the picture above, these are not your normal everyday puppets. The puppet pictured is about four feet tall and is the protagonist of the story.
My son takes classes at The Rep every Saturday, so I have been able to listen in on a few of the rehearsals. The music is so catchy that I'll find myself humming or singing a song that I don't even know the words to!
Even though nobody has ever seen the play before, I can confidently say that this will be a great show for everyone. The Trilobites start their two week run Friday the 1st at 7pm with a kid friendly reception. Check out the schedule below and pick up your tickets here.
