Skepta surprised fans with new music on the spookiest day of the year. On Halloween (Oct. 31), the U.K. grime artist released his Vicious EP on his Boy Better Know indie label that he co-owns with his brother and fellow grime star Jme. The project is available for streaming on Apple Music, Spotify and other services.

The six-song collection features Skepta delivering grimy rhymes over menacing beats, ominous sounds and eerie synths. The EP also includes cameos from A$AP Rocky, A$AP Nast and the U.K. grime crew Section Boyz.

But the most interesting features comes by way of the Bay Area. Rapper Lil B appears on the bass-heavy track “Sit Down” where he tells the haters to sit down and be quiet.

On “No Security,” Skepta tell his distractors that if they kill him he's going to haunt them for all eternity. Another standout track is “Ghost Ride” where Skeppy, Lord Pretty Flacko and A$AP Nast spit braggadocios lyrics.

Skepta has been dropping sporadic singles throughout 2017, but his Vicious,/i> EP is his first solo release since his Mercury Prize-winning 2016 album, Konnichiwa. In September, the London native dropped his second sneaker collaboration with Nike. When his Air Max 97 shoe (dubbed the “SkAir") dropped, it was sold out within minutes.
