Governor Rick Snyder hasn't been the most popular guy in Michigan lately, but he found out quickly that he wasn't that popular in Washington DC either.

Snyder was in Washington to testify in front of a panel about the Flint Water Crisis, and things got ugly.

Matt Cartwright, a representative from Pennsylvania, had the most heated exchange with Snyder.  Cartwright made no qualms dropping insulting one liners on Snyder, and was very clear that he felt Snyder should resign.

Snyder held things together as best as he could though, saying that he wouldn't resign and that he was going to fix the problem in Flint.
