New emails have been released from FlintWaterStudy.org regarding Snyder's Chief Of Staff Dennis Muchmore warning the Governor about the damaging effects of lead in the Flint water. Muchmore not only warns of the damaging effects of the lead, but states that it "sounds like the issue is old lead service lines, but their seems to be some difference of opinion on appropriate testing methods."

Governor Snyder has been criticized for not acting quick enough on the Flint Water crisis, and from the emails that have been released, it seems his staff had been advising him and warning him to take action.

“I’m frustrated by the water issue in Flint. I really don’t think people are getting the benefit of the doubt. Now they are concerned and rightfully so about the lead level studies they are receiving from the DEQ samples … These folks are scared and worried about the health impacts and they are basically getting blown off by us (as a state we’re just not sympathizing with their plight).” -

What is so shocking about all of this is that Muchmore had expressed concern about the Flint water situation via email staring in July 2015.
