Andy Enfield is the University of Southern California's newest head men's basketball coach. Not even a week after leading his cinderella fellas of Florida Gulf Coast to the Sweet 16 and losing to Florida, Enfield has received what some may think is the  opportunity of a lifetime.

According to ESPN , Enfield is due to make 'well over' a million a year for six years. Much better than the $160K Florida Gulf Coast paid a year. It seems that Andy Enfield's hard work as paid off. The time he spent in the NBA as a Shooting Coach, or as an assistant coach at Florida State and now the ultimate cinderella story.

Florida Gulf Coast took the NCAA Tournament by storm with upset after upset after upset. FGCU played hard nosed defense and up tempo offense based on the psychology of Enfield and this is exactly what USC needs, maybe they might make the Big Dance.  USC has not made the NCAA Tournament since 2011.

Enfield has his shoes full for sure, the expectations are definitely high as the caliber of players expected to come under this new era. Do you think this move was to early?
