Lapeer's Bikes On Neppesing Street Summer 2022

A favorite tradition for most motorcycle enthusiasts is a good old-fashioned bike night. The cool thing about an awesome bike night - is you don't even have to ride to enjoy one.

Back by popular demand for the summer is the bike night on Fridays in downtown Lapeer. The day of the week and the location of the event will stay the same for 2022, however, the name has changed. This year's bike nights in historic downtown Lapeer will now be known as 'Bikes on Neppesing Street'.

The bike nights start on Friday, June 3rd, and will be held every Friday throughout the summer except for August, 19th. Gates will open at 5:00 PM each Friday night and there will be a special blessing of the bikes at 7:00 PM on opening night.

As I said, you do not have to have a motorcycle to enjoy this event. Downtown Lapeer is filled with great bars and restaurants for you to enjoy, as well as some unique locally owned businesses. There will also be outdoor live entertainment.

I am certainly looking forward to seeing you this summer at Lapeer Bikes on Neppesing Street. You can catch me checking out the bikes in between shots at Flanagan's Pub, eating barbecue at Woodchips, and a few beers at the Tilted Axis.

Sunday, August 21st
