Yoga For Black People [Video]

Hey Yoga isn't just for white people anymore black people can join in too! OK so when I fist saw this I didn't know if I should be offended or not.  If you know me personally then you would know I JUST DON'T GIVE A DAMN IF IT'S FUNNY!

This video is great! It has step by step details and has things that black people can relate too! I was immediately drawn in with the step by step directions! Now I'm on my way to becoming a yoga master, and now you can too!
