Garrett is a 23 year old MMA fighter who is diagnosed with Down Syndrome and Rheumatoid Arthritis, but that doesn't stop him from achieving his dreams.

After watching this video below it's very clear that Garrett doesn't let his disability get in the way of being an MMA fighter. I admire his father who although received criticism from his family and friends for letting his mentally disabled son fight, let his son do what he loves.
