Every since I have started making smoothies at home, I always wondered what would be Flint's best smoothie combination.  I want to know who has the best combination of ingredients to make Flint's best smoothie.

On Tuesday night I posted a picture of my ingredients of a smoothie I was currently making.  I make at least three or four smoothies a week which help me reach my fitness goals I state back in the first part of 2013.

My ingredients were frozen, pineapples, peaches, strawberries, orange juice, Greek yogurt, and apples.  After a little blending, I had a nice treat that is really good.
