Cyborg Santo was fighting Michael 'Venom' Page when a flying knee caught him right in the forehead. Santo was immediately taken to the ER where it was confirmed that he fractured his skull. Cris Cyborg (Santo's ex girlfriend) posted the graphic image on her Instagram
