7th Teen Summit Event At Flint Southwestern Tonight

The 7th annual Teen Summit happens tonight at Flint Southwestern, but there's still time to register.

The Teen Summit is a chance for teens to have some fun while getting access to much needed resources. The activities are geared toward making sure that all the kids have a good time, but there are some important issues that will be brought up. The Safe Dating and Be Your Own Boss talks are full of great information for teens.

Students can also learn about programs that are offered to them through the schools, like robotics.

The event starts at 3pm and goes till 8:30pm tonight at Southwestern. The organizers do a great job of making sure that the event is a fun break from the start of school, all while slipping in valuable resources.

There's also going to be drawings for gift cards and tablets for the kids to win.
