Earlier this week Big Sean posted his support to the city of Flint and said he was going to work with his family to help those in need. Looks like he stuck to his word.

Detroit's own Big Sean opened up his wallet for the Flint water crisis and donated $10,000 for Flint residents. Not only did Big Sean donate 10K out of his own pocket, but he also teamed up with his foundation (The Sean Anderson Foundation) and set up a crowd funding project with Crowd Rise for fans to donate money to the Flint water crisis and have their chance to meet him.

“I am devastated by the water crisis that has put the entire city of Flint in a state of emergency,” says Big Sean. “In recognizing the great work that the Community Foundation of Greater Flint Michigan has been doing, it is my hope we can help by raising the money needed to ensure that the children who have been hit the hardest receive the care that they need today and well into the future.”

By donating to CrowdRise.com, not only are you helping the city of Flint, but you'll also have the chance to meet Big Sean and score two tickets to his 2016 US tour.
