Boosie BadAzz wants YoungBoy Never Broke Again to be set free so he can drop a new joint project he says they've already cooked up.

On Tuesday (June 18), Boosie hit up his Instagram followers and pleaded for the Baton Rouge, La. rapper's freedom. In the same post, Boosie also reveals that he and YoungBoy have a project in the stash and wants to release it to the streets sooner than later.

"FREE @nba_youngboy #shakeback them kids need you young nigga real talk ❤️❤️❤️✅✅✅✅ #atlanticrecords WE GOT A TAPE THATS 🔥 LETS TALK N GET THIS SHIT TO THE STREETS N MAKE SOME MONEY 💰‼️" Boosie wrote in his caption.

Last month (May 17), a Louisiana state judge decided to detain NBA YoungBoy in the aftermath of the fatal shooting he was involved with while in Florida during Rolling Loud Weekend in Miami. The rapper was immediately taken into custody in Baton Rouge, La., where he's been ever since.

Boosie didn't provide any other details about the project like the title or a proposed release date, but it seems like he wants to drop it ASAP. His announcement comes shortly after he sought justice he was reportedly denied entry onto an outgoing flight on American Airlines.

Earlier this month (June 8), Boosie hopped on Instagram to explain his thoughts about why he was reportedly refused entry onto an aircraft by an AA worker. Although he had permission to board by the pilot, the rapper wasn't allowed on board and that apparently caused him to miss a show.
