A 14 year old in Jackson Michigan got a disturbing surprise when he bit into an Arby's sandwich.  He and his mother pulled away from the drive through window when he took a bit and pulled a piece of a finger from his mouth!

"Arby's wants to reassure customers that we are committed to providing quality food in a safe and healthy environment. We are deeply concerned and apologetic to the guest involved in this unfortunate incident," says a letter signed by John Gray. Gray is vice president of corporate communications and public relations for Atlanta-based Arby's Restaurant Group Inc. The general manager at the Jackson restaurant deferred comment.

The story is that an employee cut herself while slicing meat and left to clean up without telling anyone she was injured.  Arby's is conducting an investigation and reassure customers that this is an isolated incident.

The boys mom says he is traumatized by the incident, and honestly who wouldn't be?!  Every time you bite into a fast food burger and have that mystery crunch sound, you always wonder what that may have been.  Imagine pulling out a BODY PART!
