"Go! Fire Up Chips!"  That was the chant heard around Michigan last night as Eric Fisher, from Central Michigan University, made NFL Draft history last night.

Fisher is the first player from the Mid-American Conference to ever be taken first overall in the NFL Draft.  Although his talent made it no surprise that he was picked number one, the shock of the moment caught him as he went on stage.  Fisher said that there were no words to describe what he was feeling at the moment he received his handshake from Roger Goodell.
