According to a '60 Minutes' survey, the overwhelming answer is NO.
In fact the survey showed that 29% of people who call tech support end up swearing at their customer service rep!
Almost 10% say that they have thrown the phone in frustration!
I think we can all identify especially if your service was anything like the mayhem commercials.
