'60 Minutes' visits Chicago to give more insight on what's happening in Chicago and it's literally a war.

The drug game in Chicago has gotten out of control. With over 700 murders last year alone, Chicago sounds like a place that shouldn't exist in America. How can things get so out of hand? Why isn't there more attention on Chicago? Why isn't the president making this place a primary focus?

Of course, the answers are obvious. The skin color is definitely a reason why most people don't care. My heart goes out to Chicago. I know Flint is bad, but Chicago sounds like a city in Mexico being controlled by Narcos. And that may actually be the problem...
