Detroit Gun Advocacy Group Offers Free Firearm Training To Hundreds of Women

Any women looking to learn to shoot will have a free opportunity in Detroit this weekend.

The Top Gun Shooting Sports gun range in Taylor is expecting around 800 women to show up for their annual free training day.

The event is put on by a gun advocacy group called, Legally Armed. They are looking for women who are interested in firearms and personal protection. Women will receive a brief training and a firearm to use at the range. There is no experience necessary.

With gun control being such a hot topic in the public right now, you can imagine that there are people unhappy with the event. They have accused the gun shop of pushing the NRA's agenda in the form of personal safety.
