Did A Pothole Damage Your Car? Here Is What You Can Do About It [Report]

The Polar Vortex has affected more than just our frozen faces, it's turned Michigan into the pothole capital of the world!  We've got a few things you can do to fight back against the damage that potholes are doing to your car.

This meme sums up driving in Genesee County perfectly!  The pothole problem is the worst that it has been, and predictions are that it will only get worse.  The cold temperatures have wrecked our roads, and when (if) it ever warms up they are only going to reveal more potholes.

So what can you do about it?

You can try to get some money from the state by submitting your pothole damage claims right here.

If you see a crater in the roads that you were lucky enough to avoid, you can report it to Genesee County here or let MDOT know about them.

We're not guaranteeing that you'll be immediately satisfied with any of these steps, but other than getting a hover craft, it's the best we've got.
