Enjoy a Downtown Block Party at The Fenton Street Experience

Consider it a old school street party, but this one will happen every week from now until mid October right in downtown Fenton.

This Thursday, May 20th, kicks off The Fenton Street Experience. After a crazy year of limited capacities to business closings, the restaurants and shops in downtown Fenton are ready to celebrate.

The Fenton Street Experience

Downtown and Dibbleville restaurants and retail shops will be open with for shopping indoors, outdoors and dining indoors, outdoors and carry-out welcoming guests back. The city will "close down" to open up for all kinds of activities and fun. Leroy Street will be closed at Caroline all the way down to Shiawasee Ave at Adelaide so patrons can enjoy Downtown Fenton and Dibbleville, strolling the streets in a safe and socially distanced environment according to their website. 

Families will be able to enjoy different events each week like corn hole, mini golf, skate park, table tennis, the Farmers Market, classic cars, street chalk, There will also be historical kiosk talks, multiple demonstrations, street performers and musicians, Kids gardening and building projects.

Every Friday there will be street music with a DJ every Thursday & Friday for some dancing in the streets. Specialty events will vary weekend to weekend, so check their schedule here. 

The Big Kick-Off

Things kick off this Thursday,, May 20th,  starting at 5:00 pm with the following on tap:
